GENERAL TERMS

1. Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering, i.e. they are restricted for players with an active bonus in their account.

9. The Player is not allowed to use any strategy while playing with an active bonus in order to complete the bonus wagering requirements. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely at obtaining personal financial gain from the bonus, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings or confiscate an amount equal to the amount of bonus received.

10. The maximum amount of funds associated with a sign up no deposit cash bonus, sign up no deposit free spins, Cashdrop, Guess the Slot, Find Hidden slot, Guess the winner or any other no deposit bonuses that is available for withdrawal is 20 EUR or equivalent in other currencies, not counting the deposit amount.

10.1. This restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. Funds associated with a sign up no deposit cash bonus or sign up free spins bonus that exceed the said restriction will be confiscated in favor of the Casino. To withdraw your winnings obtained from a sign up no deposit cash bonus or sign up free spins bonus, it is necessary to make at least one valid deposit, and complete the wager requirements of that deposit.

11. All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for claiming the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms and time limitation of the availability of the bonus, unless otherwise stated.

13. When you are playing with an active bonus, your bets are deducted from the real money balance first. After all real money is spent, the bets are deducted from the bonus funds balance.

Additional Terms

1. It is forbidden to abuse any bonus offers available in the Casino. If any such cases are detected, the Casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of bonus abuse and prohibit the Player from claiming any bonuses in the future.

2. Bonus abuse is the ratio of the bonus funds percentage to the number of deposits: 70% of bonus funds with 5 deposits, but not more than 9 deposits; or 50% of bonus funds with 10 deposits or more. In case of identifying such abuse, Casino has the right to prohibit the Player from receiving or using any bonuses and to cancel any winnings obtained with the bonus funds, both while wagering and after it.

3. It is forbidden to postpone any game rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through (i.e. when you have no wagering requirements to meet) and/or make a new deposit(s). Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

4. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. 6. The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and associated winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.
